you have a rare vehicle. only a the very first imports did not have power stearing. unless its a private import. what is on the compliance plate?
The answer is yes. the stearing columb is shorter with power stear so you have to change the columb and therefore the ignition swith. to get the lock off the columb you must accurately drill the the screw heads and then use an easy out.
