suspension on troopy

I have a98 model troopy with sagging front end and very little articulation.Am wondering if someone knows a strong but flexible brand capable of handling c.s.r and cape york etc.(Has leaf front end.) many thanks.

to be more specific has anyone recently replaced the suspension on thier troopy and what type was it and the approx cost.Dont tow much but load up to go away.

J.T. mine is a 89 troopie, had an extra leaf put into the front springs as well as all springs being re - set back in '91 prior to a trip up the full lenght of the CSR and on round 'oz. The springs are still going strong today, no sag but the extra leaf makes for a harsher ride on the black top.

I have a 2000 model Truopa which developed sagging springs. Fitted a set of air bags........ beautiful........ softer ride and adjustable lift up to 4 inches $700 couldnt be better

Yes coil springs on the front, the brand was polyair from TGM store. I had them installed on the rear only (mate & I took 4 hours to do the job) I dont think there is a need to do the fronts unless the springs are in bad shape. Another brand is "Airbags Australia" at Rydalmere, NSW they distribute the Firestone brand but basicly the same as Polyair
