I was with them when I lived inbleepney, they are a great bunch, interstate tours, local trips, driver training, and all family welcome.

Don't know which part of Sydney you live in but i can highly recommend the "All Wheel Drive Club of Sydney" don't let the name appear misleading, soft roaders are not allowed. The club has around 220 members of all ages, who drive different types of vehicles, after you complete the compulsory driver training, you can select the grade of trip you would feel most comfortable attending.
Great club, great people !
The web sight can be found at www.awdc.asn.au
Hope this helps
