I'll bet you're having a great time rippin' and roarin' around Stockton Dunes. You're fortunate to be close enough to utilize this area. I understand it's the only public place where you can ride an ATV in NSW.

How do the 110cc bikes handle the sand? I suppose you have the kids on them.

My bike, at 290cc, still only a small bike, really slows up in the heavy going.

How do you expect the bikes to stand up to the sand? Maybe three months rego will see them out.

Maybe you can find a run down farm with some old bush tracks.

If the kids are old enough, you might be better off with two wheel motorbikes, registered and riding on forrestry tracks or whatever is around your way.

Is $487 for full rego or "recreational rego" as we have here in Victoria. We rode the quads up there and they had "conditional" plates on them.

This price is for a NSW Conditional Registration.....and only for use on Stockton Beach..

If you do'nt mind playing in the dirt & dust, try this place. Binacrombi.com.au. I took my son and his mates camping there a while ago and had a great time on our quads and dirt squirts.

The only prices that I could see were the regular rego prices. It was around $95 for a bike, the extra is 3rd party insurance. It might be worth phoning around insurance companies and seeing if this could be reduced as you won't be riding on the road, it will only be the occasional weekend and the quad will only carry the rider and no passangers.
