Cross country Kimberley

Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience with cross country travel, camping and fishing along the upper reaches of the May and Meda Rivers west of the Gibb River Rd (North of Derby).

The area is east of the track out to Oobagooma. Access is not an issue, nor our vehicles or experience.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards

Kim

Kim, Try turning right instead of left, out through carson river station and beyond.
You can get to within 8 km of King George falls and walk in.Plenty of good stuff out that way
