I've got an '89 model and that price range is about right; I'll be putting about $4000 on ours when I get around to selling it. I think the main thing is that the canvas is good, and the ply floor is OK (the flip-over floor on mine is now gal sheet) , then just the usual things like bearings, lights, axle not bent and everything else works. Basic CT and pretty good for the money. The only other thing they could do with are gas rams on the rack and floor, and an annex is worth it too.
