navman on laptop

is there any one who can tell me if it is poss to get navman software to run on a laptop running windows xp if so is it the navmanst v.3 software that works

No expert but from what I can figure there are no Navman navigation products that actually run on a PC, just Pocket PCs, Palms and iCNs (whatever they are). But I could be wrong? You do however need a PC to upload maps and other data to the Navman device.
