Rebound Suspension

Submitted: Saturday, Jan 14, 2006 at 21:57

Glenn (VIC)

Hi all,

I was crawling under my camper this afternoon and found that I had lost one of the rebounders on the suspension. It appears that the connector had been hit by rocks and being too thin in my opinion, had snapped, thus losing the rebounder.

Does anyone know if you can just purchase a rebounder to replace the one I have lost?

Cheers

Glenn

I would try toalking to Al-Ko Glenn, or someone who resells their products. They have rebound spring setups in their catalog. Look in the Outback Pack

Hi John,

Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to you too mate.

I don't want to have to buy the whole spring, I just want to try and buy the "rebound" part and then ask Grierson Engineering to toughen it all up a bit. I am disappointed that I have this issue when the camper is only 18 months old. I would have thought that the spring set up would have been tougher than it is, especially seeing as the toughest roads the camper has been on is corrugations, station tracks and bulldust.

Cheers and I will go and check out Award Camping
