1st check what restricts the
suspension movement. If it is only the tension on the sway bar then you may be better off only buying 2 disconnects, so then the other side will hold the sway bar. It the links or the swaybar actually stops the
suspension travelling to its maximum droop due to the geometry of the system, then you will need 4 disconnects. Check it out first, depending on what you drive you may only need 2.
