Water on the brain

Hi all: a bit of rain in Sydney tonight, a most unusual thing - but good.

So thinking of water, I am looking for a piece of gear I believe is called "Flat Out": this connects to the bottom of the sink in a camper trailer to let sullage flow to a suitable place.

Anyone have any ideas where I can get this or a similar item. Have looked in the usual places here in Sydney without luck.
