For anyone interested in getting a REAR auto locking diff, 4WD Systems in Sth Oz has told me that their 'Lokka' brand units will be "not likely for at least a year"

The company rep told me he would put my name on a list.

If you are interested in one, drop him a line (Tom Hewitson tom@4wdsystems.com.au). If a few people let him know they are interested it just may accelerate their build program.

They do currently make a front Lokka.

Hi,

I was looking at diff locks front and rear but the cost just for the front was heaps. I just drive to what i have :)

I'd rather put my monies into other things for my vehicle. I will still send email you never know may just change my mind when the money tree blooms

I have one of their front Lokkas and one of the things that attracted me to it was the price.

I got mine for about $575 by memory, having a look at their website they are still under $600.

Hi DJ Iam just about to order my front Lokka for my Isuzu MU (same as your Rodeo). We were told the same story about the rear Lokka as well and us guys at Club Isuzu.com are waiting for this rear one to be produced, so I'll be telling the guys at 4WD Systems to get a hurry on. I own a MU and a MU Wizard and the later has an open rear diff so I need a Lokka for it. Thanks for the up date.
Cheers Bruce.

Now thats a better price I was quoted around $1800 fitted? just for the front. For that money could slip in radar range :)

I got mine fitted when I was due for new CV boots, had to pay someone labour to pull most of it to bits anyway, didn't add much to get them to slip the lokka in and set it up at the same time.

I agree, they're a cracker LSD. Get a front locker first cause you're forever lifting a front wheel in the air.
