Another oziexplorer question

Hi all

Just bought oziexplorer and started to use it on my mac and i have a garmin ique m4 and i don't have a clue how to use the software lol and was wondering if there are any courses you can do or tutorials?

Hi xplot, you will find in the help file menu of oziExplorer a very comprehensive tutorial which uses the demo maps that are included in the software. As far as communication between the software & your GPS go into the configeration section in the file menu & set up your comms port & baud rate (ie speed of data between the gps & computer) so that they are compatable. If you have any problems send an email to Alan Brandon at the oziExplorer site : info@oziexplorer.com who is always willing to help out. Cheers

The help file for OziExplorer has a great tutorial on how to use it. Like i always promote, RTFM :-)

Otherwise, it depends on where you are as to if there are basic courses offered. Some retailers, like GPSOZ, offer courses in Sydney area. Check out here ==> www.gpsoz.com.au/training.htm

yeah it does if you know how :), i use a parallels which is a virtual machine i can use windows and mac os x at the same time runs great and is not slow either, if you have a mac and need help pm us and i will give you steps on how to make it run for you :)
