HZJ80 GX (Standard) Bullbar

Hello All,

I have a standard (GX) model 1994 80 series. It has a bullbar, but i want to upgrade to something that was not home made ( previous owner). It seems the only 80 series bullbars i can find ( when i can find them) are all from GXL models or models that have wheel flares. Since mine does not have wheel flares wondering if anyone has had any experience with using a bull bar from a flared model onto a car with no flares. Is the overhang to much?? Does it just look stupid?? Or can i get away with it??

Any help would be appreciated!!

If anyone has one for sale I am keenly in the market for one.

Ben

Gee Kookaburra, that is a nice gesture, Thank You.

I know i shouldnt be looking a gift horse in the mouth but I have a question or two for ya about the bullbar.

Is it a steel bullbar??
Is it a Winch bar??
Is it homemade??
And the big one
Can i get you to send it to me by post or courier???(It goes without saying that I will be paying for delivery, and a little someting extra for you for your time and effort)

Thanks
Ben
