Underbody Wash--Brisbane area

Does anyone know of a underbody car wash in the Brisbane area? I normaly use the Mobil in Noosa but ran out of time on the weekend.

try a search, if doesn't turn up do a search for Moreton and it should pop up a few months ago. Can't remember the name but it's a chain with only a few stores round Brisbane. For about $30 or so you get to use their pressure hose to do your own underbody and then afterward you can do a drive in which does i think under and over.

It's Car Lovers Car Wash, at Virginia, check out the yellow pages. There's a few around, Underwood, Viriginia and a few other places. There's one bay you pay a couple bucks to use their pressure hose (so prepared to get wet if you want to get under) to get the sand out of the chassis and places tucked up under the wheel guards, and then I went into the full booth job for anything left over. I monitored the sand on my driveway before and after it rained a few times and I reckon the Car Lovers job got almost all the sand out. (and if my font on this post looks really large i have no idea why, sorry, work computer this morning)

In the good old days when we were alowed to use hoses and sprinklers, my neighbour would do an underbody rinse at home with a simple garden sprinkler - just run it on a low setting under the car and move it around every 10 minutes.

If you have access to a legal hose that could be an option.

I have Andrew - we are the same in Sydney, but it is legal to water from a tank or with recycled water so I tossed the idea in. But mainly a remembrance of old times when we could waste water!

Laser car wash at Deagon ,does an underbody wash as you drive into the booth.
