I just sold my 2000 4.2TD (which I'd owned since brand new), for $23,000-. It had a ARB winch bar (no winch), dual batteries and additional wiring etc, Safari
Snorkel, towbar etc. But it had done 212,000klm.
Most of the "extras" you listed are standard equipment; but I'm not quite sure what "sports instrumentation" means?
$30K is probably a bit over the top, but then again it doesn't have too many klicks under it's belt. If you like the vehicle and intend to keep it for quite a few years, then I would say go for it. It will go for yonks.
Check underneath to see if there is any signs of it having been abused off road.
Good luck......
