Emu to
Coober pedy is the badly corrugated section, particularly towards
Emu.
West of
Emu has the odd stretch of corrugations, but its no big deal.
Hard to know about rain - it doesn't get measured out there. Rain's not usually an issue out there.
The vegetation was lush, the spinifex was
young and it was very pleasant.
Plenty of people damage their vehicles out there - keep the speed down and lower the tyre pressures, and you have agood chance of getting through unscathed.
