Faults with Payment Page

Has anyone experienced faults with the on line Credit Card pament form via The National Bank. I have been trying to purchase a membership but when it goes to the payment page the page can not be displayed. Just wondering if it may be my system or the possibility that the National Bank system is down.

I signed up last night (under mounting pressure to do so) and had no problems. A receipt has been received, but I'm not sure what the procedure is after that.

Wom73,

Just give us a call tomorrow during WST business hours and Michael & Jackie will fix it all up for you. Sometime the NAB will reject connections if certain levels of security cannot be assured - usually SSL 1.0 or SSL 2.0 settings in Internet security settings. Have a look and make sure both are selected - Tools - Advanced - Security.
