Hi Steve
Was there 3 weeks ago. Went up for a flight with the guys from Wrights air (based at
William Creek)
Water was only in the far north reaches. Water was also in the Warburton channel. Still great to see and there was plenty of bird life. Ducks, pelicans...
The patterns left by the water on the dirt/salt is great.
The painted desert is also great to see on Anna Creek station.
Flight was around 2 1/2 hrs.
Met the guy from Lake
Eyre yacht club. Had just finished a few days sailing. Was on his way home.
Check in Wright's Air. They will let you know.
