Fantastic Service for Faulty Waeco Fridge

TerraFirma

I bought a factory seconds Waeco fridge on top of the CF40 I already have and it arrived from Waeco dead.! I asked them to make sure they sent me a working one on the phone and they laughed.! LOL

6 Months warranty came with the fridge and I was advised to take it to various Waeco service centres and ended up going to Cool Factor in Braeside. They laughed saying a lot of the factory seconds ended up there for repair, ended up with a new fan and P/Supply making it like new. Whilst Waeco should have done better sending me a DOA, Cool Factor did a fantastic job within a day and gave me some great advise for converting my ice box on my boat to a Danfoss 50 cooled fridge. They have some great gear for cooling down there and some stuff on their website www.coolfactor.com.au

Very Pleased, Terra..

Yes as it is under warranty. Cool Factor do the repair accordingly and send a claim to Waeco..Standard service agent warranty repair stuff.
