Bias boating or Whitworths both have transom brackets for mounting outboards. Any could be adapted to fit a drawbar or swing away carrier from OL or Kaymar.

Hi Peter,
We once had to replace a transom clamp for our outboard attached to yacht railing. We were shocked when we discovered how much they are $280 from memory. We ended up going to an outboard wrecker and got one for quarter of the price - just one option you can explore.
