Has anyone heard of these?

Hi all,
I'm in the market for some new boots. Has anyone heard of, or better still, used these tyres?

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170127721738&ssPageName=MERCOSI_VI_ROSI_PR4_PCN_BIX&refitem=270178587430&itemcount=4&refwidgetloc=closed_view_item&refwidgettype=osi_widget

Sorry about the size of the link, don't know how to condense it.

I realise I'm better off with "known" brands, and tyres are prolly the most important safety purchase one can make if venturing out there with the family. Just came accross these and thought I'd put it to you.

Thanks for any input.
Cheers Nifty

The parent company is Rafic Bawab & co, they own companies that manufacture tyres worldwide, that one is made in China.

Actually Doug I think they are Chinese.

Back when you and your family were living in that Chain of ponds area rossi was a thriving business in Mt Barker SA. About 30 or so years ago they closed it down and moved to Adelaide but then I think they moved there manufacturing off shore a few years back.

Chinese? Not likely! Rossitters are Aussie through and through. You may be thinking of Blundstones the Tassie company that has reluctantly gone offshore.
