If you mean is the OE horn negative earthed, the answer is yes.
All you need to do is wire up a relay...... the 4 prongs go to:
Battery
Earth
The air horns compressor
The original horn. With this, usually get one of those spade terminals which has a female section with a male section as well. I plug the original horn wire onto the male section of the new spade which in turn is plugged into the air horn compressor, with it's wire going to the relay (as mentioned above).
I'm assuming you have a "normal" set of air horns (like Fiamm)? I actually use a different set up with 2 trumpets (1 is 12" long and the other 15" long)....these require a receiver tank with compressed air there all the time...when you press the horn button it opens 2 solenoids to allow the pressurised air to go down the trumpets; much louder.
Cheers

Thanks Roachie, Thought it was, as there was only one wire connected to it. However when I wired it up, via a relay, and tried it the existing horn gave a "squeek" and that was it.... no more noise ! It appears that the existing relay is not operating. Will have to do some more checking this morning. I have a set of Stebel air horns.
