Font size

Submitted: Saturday, May 03, 2008 at 10:50

Trev (SA)

I want to increase the font size but when i go into "edit my profile" and increase it a page comes up saying "internet explorer cannot find the page". Am I doing something wrong ?.
I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to computers.

Regards Trev.

Not sure why you want to increase font size so I am going to 'assume' that like me your eyes are not as good as they were when you were 21 :-)))

I find the easiest thing to do when viewing pages IF YOU ARE USING INTERNET EXPLORER as your browser is to go to the bottom right of the page and you will see a small "+" sign with 100& alongside it. If you click on that you can TEMPORARILY increase the fonat (and everything else on the page) to as much a s400% if you wanted

Might be of help

If you have a scrolling mouse (The one with the little wheel) hold down the ctrl key and scroll the wheel to increase or decrease the fonts. Does on mine anyway.

In the box that the first post on every thread appears in is a small box in the top right hand corner with

'Font, up arrow, down arrow' then a printer icon.

If I was a clever computer person I could do a 'screen shot' and show up exactly where, but I'm not so I hpoe that this makes sense to you.
