Rod, the setup in the picture is a Strong Arm carrier with a small section of 8mm aluminium angle bolted & braced to the wheel carrier. I used the same setup on a Kaymar wheel carrier.
Now have a new rear bar (thanks to hitting a Tree) & there are antenna mounts welded to both wheel carriers. Works fine.

Was there a coupla years ago. If you're heading along the Connie Sue, it's well worth a visit. Nice change of scenery and not a bad place to camp for a couple of nights if you're looking for a lay-day.
