Air bags in the rear coils...

Brian

OK... my GQ Patrol has those pump up air bags in the rear coils.. one
has a leak where it has obviously been rubbed through by the coil.
Does anyone know if this can be repaired?? Or do I need to bin 'em
and buy newies??? Any opinions welcomed!!! Thanks!

you can just buy one air bag.
fitted one only for a customer a few weeks back.new job coming so no fraser this time:-((

A quick question....I got airbags in my new(ish) 80 series, one side is flat, there are air valves mounted on the towbar underneath so I am assuming they run to the airbags. (Could be the shocks, I doubt it, but I haven't had time to have a decent look)
What pressure do you run the bags at?
How much to replace a popped one?

minimum is 5 psi maximum is 30 psi,i think there about $300 per set but that includes hosing,valves and top rubber seat. give heasmanns (02)9557-5930 a ring.

Have had Polyairs in an 80 series for over 18 months, and while I wouldn't rave over them, they do keep the rear up when loaded. Was cheesed off when one developed a leak, turned out to be the hose not the bag. So I would check the hoses before you buy a replacement bag.
