Hmmmm....
I would guess that this works by injecting some compound through the
valve into the tyre. This then sets inside and provides another layer of
sealing. This may fill the tyre with solid foam.
"Never check tyre pressures" - I assume that the valve is also sealed - which
is no good for 4WD as we all know we are constantly in & out adjusting
pressures according to the track conditions!
"Increase tyre life" - well OK - if the correct tyre pressure is maintained for
the whole life - but see above - one single pressure does not suit all.
"Prevent blowouts" - the only tyre that will not blow out is a solid one - I doubt
that any extra layer or foam in the tyre will prevent a blowout once the
carcass of the tyre has been wrecked by a sharp rock.
Sounds like a crock of snake oil to me!
