Going back a few weeks ago Poor Peter got stuck with a very large Bill to get his
Navara repaired after a trip damaging his radiator
Well after going to the 4x4 adventure show here in
Perth I found some belly guards and bash plates for the
D40 Navara.
Tjm produce them there are a thick heavy duty plate for the front radiator and mid bash plate protection for sumps etc. The front belly guard is molded the same as the original belly guard and bolts in the existing bolt holes
As soon as i heard about that story I looked around and got some bolted on asap
If you have a
D40 NAvara i highly recommended you get body protection as the
navara offers not much in terms of smash plates

One thing that was not mentiond in that thread was the fact that Peter kept driving after the impact. He stated that his insurance was willing to pay for the initial damage sustained. But you can't seriously expect Ni$$an or his insurance to cover the cost of stupidity by driving it until it stopped. I really dont see what his problem is. ( appart from the bill )
If you have an accident on the road, and split the radiator, but decide to drive it
home anyway, bad luck.
But back to the bash plates. its good that someone has produced them for the
D40
Here's hoping they save you from a simmilar fate
