winching landcruiser 100 IFS

What weight limitation is there for a winch on a toyota lancruiser with IFS (saudi 6 cylinder model)? Does anyone know the weight of 100ft of 5/16" winch cable?

chris, cannot help with weight limits but as far as 2nd question goes 4wd monthly magazine aug 2001 edition had article on plasma winch rope and claimed 100 metres 8mm wire rope (5/16")weighed 54.8kg . therefore 100 feet would be 1/3 of that say 18kg.
