If you have eliminated all the obvious overheatihg causes,radiator,fan clutch,thermostat,water pump impellor,try these-scaled up internal water jacket of engine,conbustion leek from head or head gasket,restricted air flow due to bull bar winch or
driving lights and last but not least injector pump timing and auto advance.Difficult to solve ovarheating problems are much more common in 1HZ engines than 2H. Regards Ken
