Please be aware that WA now has mandatory small craft licenceing and any thing over 6hp requires this.
Usual safety precautions are available from DPI or boats and harbours.
north of
perth (lano,jurien,etc.) can really fire for the small stuff just offshore this time of year - lost of inshore reef (read big green back winter
tailor and fat herring)
