Does any body know how deep the King Edward river crossing is on the way to Mitchell Falls. I believe its about 10km from Drysdale.

Very much depends on the time of year. Right now I would say its impassable. From May onward depending on rainfall the crossing is 30 to 60 cm deep in the deeper holes suggest you walk it first. The crossing is considered reasonably easy during the dry season. Regards Ken.

Depends on time of year, etc. Generally not bad, a tarp over the front will suffice, but get off the main track and the water comes up to the windscreen!! There are some large rocks, 2nd/3rd low range, mid throttle, etc(Walk all water crossings thoroughly first)

Thanks Guys, I thought that may be the case. The Prado should make it OK. Not sure about my Camper van though. Its an OFF-ROAD version and has plenty of clearance as long as the approach & Departure angle are not to savage. Thanks again... Cheers Rodger T
