Hi Mark, just a set of Old Man shocks is all that is needed, the general set up of the Pajero is quite good. OME shocks about $100 each..see Duncan at Adelaide Off Road. Get back to me if you need more info.

I have a 92 Pajero and found it a bit low. I decided to raise it 40mm. A set of 40mm oversize King springs and overlength shockies. The front was raised by the torsion bar and when the vehicle was raised 40mm above new height it actually camy up 57mm from where it had sagged.
Iunertook a trip up the east coast road to Cape Melville with this setup and found the car excellent when traversing washouts and large ruts. The additional height also helped the approach, eparture and cross over angles. The whole exercise cost me $300 and it was well worth the effort.

Hi I have a 95 LWB Pajero and also found it to be a little low> I simply got some heavy duty Lovells springs pit in the rear (similar to the ARB ones but cheaper) and got my torsion bar adjusted.The Pajero is now 125mm higher in the rear and 76mm higher at the front. This makes heaps of difference especially when climbing hills, well worth the $370.00 I paid...

Thanks for all your advice. I have got prices from a few places around town who are quoting between $750 and $850 for two springs, four shockers and a torsion bar adjustment. Does this seem like a reasonable price? Thanks again for all your advice!
