Waitpinga at dawn or dusk for salmon of varying kinds up to about 4lb. If crabs are a problem (which I dont' think they are at the moment) try metal lures.
Anywhere on
York peninsula may be OK but it is going to be a bit windy with west/south westerlies up to maybe 25 knots increasing the longer the weekend gets on, and rain is forcast:
Saturday : Wind: N/NW 10/20 knots, shifting W/SW 10/20 knots during the afternoon or evening.
Sunday : Wind: W/SW 10/20 knots, reaching SW 15/25 knots over Spencer Gulf from late morning.
Doesnt make for a great
fishing weekend, especially seeing the boy had a bit of a bad experience last time.
Try maybe the Onkaparinga River using prawns for Bream, should get some even if undersized always with a chance of a trophy size. Take the waterproofs!
Hope this helps
