Scott

Has anyone had any experience doing a body lift on a 95 Disco and if so what sort of probs should I look out for, how high etc. I'm chasing tyre clearance.
Thanks

Scott,
You didnt say whether you have a petrol or diesel as there are different spring rates available.
Having been through the exercise I finally used OME suspension kit tailored to my loaded weight setup. For example, I dont have the handicap of a winch at the front so medium strength springs were used on the front etc.
The complete job was done by ARB Northside, cant fault the service or the product.Better ride too.
Approx increase in height 80 mm, any more height stuffs up your steering geometry.
Hope this helps.
Peter.

Peter thanks, I've already got a suspension lift but this does nothing to allow larger tyres because the compressed spring will still hit your bump stops, hence a body lift away from the chasis is what is required.Any help with a BODY lift would be appreciated. Thanks Scott
