His answer service came in handy when he didn't show I had the pleasure of leaving a ' nice ' message on it, quite polite really but did tell him what I thought he was lacking.
Was double trouble for us as he was bringing his 22 year old son to be
kitchen hand so it was 2 staff missing not just one.
Got out of it ok by the looks as have now found a replacement chef.
Had someone try to drive out just day before yesterday with back door of their camper hanging open, Pam noticed and we all yelled and they stopped and closed it.
They were lucky or could have been a mess or damage as well.
