Hi

I was just wondering if anyone has travelled along this road in recent times and is there anything to see or explore along the way. You know old relics, buildings etc....

South and to be honest any info on old buildings, ruins, coach runs, anything that may have relics etc would be of interest.

Knew Dave would be on to an answer. It's great country and having spent my formulative years at Mildura, country I love.

If you mean the Barrier Hwy around Mannahill, this was before it was sealed and there were many bridges like this.

Thank for the replies so far. On the old road down to Wentworth, are there any old bridges or other structures. Also can anyone give info on the road realignment east and west of Broken Hill.

In some areas the old road to Wentworth is on Pastoral leases and you would have to get permission to access the area.
AFIK there are no old bridges left now, they have been deemed unsafe and dismantled.
