Disco roller drawers

I have a 2000 5 seater Disco with the storage bins in the rear and am wondering if anybody knows of or has a good idea for a cheap way of manufacturing and installing roller drawers. Due to the storage bins the rear cargo area is square so I am hoping I won't have to do anything fancy or technically challenging. I am mainly concerned with the strength of the rollers, rattles and fixing technique.

Jack, I had a 1996 Discovery and put in just a shelf at the back up against the cargo barrier, the same height as the rear seats when folded down.
This enabled me to have a 60 litre Engles bolted down on top of it, and heaps of gear underneath including a good toolbox. Anthing else went into a couple of plastic boxes which sat nicely at the end of the fridge.Soft stuff went in a bag on the roof rack.
Although the space was fairly limited we managed to get enough gear for 3 adults plus 2 monsters in at a total cost of probably less than $50.
