IMHO a gauge that just tells you good fair bad etc for a battery is of very little value.

Best to get separate water gauges and a volt meter style gauge for your battery.

I would get a separate, good quality, battery monitor and would not bother with the water guages. Most are not that accurate and you will quickly get a feel for how much yoiu use. We live full time on the road any typically use an 82L tank every three days - that includes clothes washing in a bucket with and agiitater.

We shower every day but these are brief and we use an eco shower head - wet up - lather up - rinse and out. Some peole stand in a large plastic bucket and recyle the shower water using a small battery operated portable shower.

We carry 3 *82L tanks of (nominally) non potable water and one tank same size of potable water. We take advantage of local water, creeks and dams etc to extend our supply and have a 'sucker line' on the A frame of the van.
This pulls water from a 20l bucket directly to the pump and bypasses the tanks - very useful.

Battery for lighting only - make use of LED bulbs they draw bugger all power so a 100 amp battery should last quite a few days. You could always look at an Anderson plug to recharge battery when driving. If you start using DVD's or TV's and other electriclal goodies you should consider a second battery and a genny/charger.
