New GU brake problems

Hi all,
My boss mentioned to me today about the probs he is having with his new GU.

This is an intermittant problem.

1. When you go for the anchors the pedal will only go down about 1/4 of the way.
when this happens the front right wheel locks up (yes it has ABS) and the other 3 do nothing at all.
He is a big strong sort of a bloke and can't physically get the pedal to go lower.

2. After trying to brake hard and having the above problem, the engine (3lt) stalls even if you are still moving AND in nutural so not stalled by gears.

It is dangerous to drive and is going to Nissan tomorrow AM but any suggestions from people who have had this happen. This should help him with the dealer.
