A beautiful flat area for campers, although quite exposed along a very pretty beach. Very basic facilities are available at McGowan camping area and fees apply.

Visitors arriving with their own boat will find easy access to the water but the available bounties must be worth it because this spot is very popular for fishing.

Various tours, such as fishing & crabbing are also available for visitors without their own boat.
