 Description of Exmouth

In the remote far north-west of Australia lies the small township of Exmouth, located 1300km from Perth. A fascinating natural event occurs each year from March - May when coral spawns and Whale Sharks visit the Ningaloo Reef. At this time, Exmouth is a hive of activity with divers, spotter planes, film crews and thousands of people hoping to catch a glimpse of the incredible Whale Shark. However, at any other time of year, Exmouth is the perfect remote coastal getaway.
