Beer and Mixed Fruit Damper.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups SR Flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Dried mixed fruit
  • Beer

Method

  • Step 1Add baking powder to flour and mix.
  • Step 2Rub butter into flour.
  • Step 3Add mixed fruit.
  • Step 4Now add about ½ can of beer and mix. Keep adding beer till you get a very soft mix.
  • Step 5Place mix into a tin so it keeps its shape.
  • Step 6Bake for about 40 minutes at about 180 deg. C
