I was given a set(2) to try out in my 80 Series turbo. I have taken them out now. If anybody wants to try them, let me know. They are not a give away but if you are happy with them ,we can talk later.

Strange that me ol' mate .... most other posters are happy to give them away ......just to clean up their sheds.

Mind you ....... never used them myself ..... so wouldn't really have a clue.

Sorry Barry but i have not fitted a snorkel to a Explorer. Just rang a mate and he does not have a listing for a snorkle to suit a Explorer.

Hiclones on my 2002 GU 3.0 improved fuel consumption by better than 10%, the car idled and ran better and the turbo boost came in 300-400rpm earlier, I reckon they're great, mate in a Defender also reported similar improvements, howvere I have also heardcomments the other way, it all depends on exactly where you put themLife ISN'T like a box of chocolates...it's more like a jar of jalapenos.

Do you still have them?
I fancy trying at least one in a naturally aspirated 80 for fuel economy.
