Palm Beach in NSW it was in Rockingham Western Australia.
This
Palm Beach is famous only for selling up on its long term permenant residents (mostly pensioners and low income earners) in park homes and caravans leaving them no choice to move on. Defence Housing Australia purchased the property for development.

I'd assumed it was yet another developer that'd moved into the
Gold Coast's
Palm Beach...wasn't sure if there was a
caravan park there or not...
