Has anyone traveled this road in the last couple of years?
Do we need to get permission from Epenarra?
Next year we are probably going down the Sandover then north up the Binns track to Davenport NP.
Looking to then go up to Barkly then to Borooloola.
Would rather not go out to the Stuart and right at the 3 ways.

HEMA says it is a private road.
No great effort to give them a call. A polite request typically produces good results.

zanderslot, yes, did it a couple of years ago, South to North, had already contacted them and had permission, but still called in at the store and bought a few things and got better directions, which confused us all and we had a station tour, eventually made our way back to the right track, was a fairly easy drive.

Yes in 2021. North to South.

I rang Epenarra as it had been raining a couple of days earlier, they asked if we were towing ( we weren’t). They said we might have to dodge some water but had no problems with us coming through.
