Are yours from ARB?
Mine are and on the instructions it tells you. It was Molydemnum (spelling) based grease I think.
Just looked at the instructions and it actually says to use ARB Slippery Grease. I think it must have been the guys at ARB who told me to use the above grease instead. Not sure now.

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe someone sells grease with grit in it.
It would make a good present to that special person you love to hate.

The grease you are after is any molybdenum(I checked the spelling)grease.it is black in colour.
