Have to admit that the experience would be different. In fact this experience was different...decent bed at night, no fires or camping to worry about. I asked him what I could do on tracks where there's no motel. He rekkons, "build one ! " hhehehehe

In his backyard it would be almost impossible to be more then an hour from a motel ! He does tag alongs so you maybe could go along as crew, they go to some really neat places.

Yep, he's really good at spotting a good motel.

Bonz, once you have desert fever it never goes away. I sincerely hope that you get to come to grips with the Simpson. It's a great place.
