Got a call from Craig this morning. (The car has been at the mechanics since last Tuesday.)....the mechanic isn't able to find the fault (but we all knew that was going to happen didnt we!) so he has filled the tanks up, all the gear is with him and is taking it for a drive....until the light comes on.....maybe 30 minutes; could be 6hrs or more! Good luck to him I say!

The mechanic said its a brilliant truck though....I told Craig "of course is ^&(*y is until the light comes on and the engine stops".

So heres to hoping he cannt find the fault !!!

Hi Laura

Were you able to contact the previous owner, to find out if he had
problems with it, and if he attempted to fix it, or what he had
eliminated?.

Cheers
Daza

Gee Laura

When we had four kiddlings, we got one of those Mitsubishi people movers, but i don't think they make them now. It was a seven seater mini bus, with tiny wheels, but 4wd. Our kids used to take it up sand hills with ease when the 4wd clubs had trouble with their real 4wds.

As I said before, the slightest, (intermittent earth leakage) anywhere on the 20,000,000 connectors, around the vehicle, will probably cause the engine to go into "limp mode"..
All you have to do is find them, that's the issue !

Need to put out an APB on the previous owner.

Or drop it off to Nissan Clayton, and get their "guarantee" department to find it. Sorry did I say guarantee, Sorry Mr Nissan

I should have said "concrete guarantee".

Cheers

The dealer must know the name of previous owner--has to keep a policebook where names of previous owners/or from whom he purchased the vehicle.
It cant be that hard to find previous owner!!
Even if he purchased at auction he has to keep record of previous owner!!

Increase your insurance level and bring it up here (Brisbane) and park it near a tree and I'll sort the rest out.

One defused Grendade squashed by a tree hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Buy and OKA ;)

Cheers Kev
