I am trying to locate the natural hot springs, or bathes/swimming pools that are in northern NSW........around the Boggabilla are, or north of Moree area.

I am sure they are around the NSW/QLD border some where. Any body could help me out ?????

Thanks

Hi Simon
A really nice town with hot artesian pool and swimming pool is Boomi. Vear left at Moree. Boomi is half way between Boggabilla and Mungindi.

Simon
Contact numbers for Boomi Hot Artesian Pools are:- 02 6753 5271 02 6753 5261 and 02 6753 5336. The caravan park might be built by now, if you stay there you get free admission to the pools.

We took a detour to get to Boomi last week- only to find they were closed. Check opening times to avoid dissapointment.

Don't forget Lightening Ridge- I remember exquisately pleasureable evenings in the Lightening ridge hot pool - but it was years ago- might have changed.

Thanks everyone.......Boomi was the place I was looking for/heard about, but I did not realise there were so many other hot spings around the area.

Thanks again.
