qubert - Chescold consumption rates
The consumption rate of LP gas is approximately .86Mj/Hr, approximately 450 gr gas per day.
R400 is approximately 250 gr per day
F60 is approximately 600 gr per day
These figures and models come from a Chescold operating instructions.

Hi qubert,
I used
mine to run my finch fridge in 20-25c and it used a 9kg bottle in 19 days. I was running the 2 burner stove approx 1 hour a day and a gas light for 3 hours a day on average.
I believe the figures quoted in my manual where it uses 1 kg in 3 days (27 days for a 9kg).
Cheers Wilko

We have a 39ltr chestcold last year when we where away we used 2x 9kg bottles of gas with it on 24/7 in a month. This year when we went away I was talking to a guy with one and he said his lasts a month on 1x 9kg .He suggested that we give the jet a good clean which I did and the 9kg bottle last 1day short of a month. So have clean jets a so important.
cheers
Glyn
